Do you provide installation guides?
Manuals are included for some parts. For complex items, we recommend professional installation to keep the warranty valid.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, major Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard), and Apple/Google Pay.
Does the price include import taxes?
Prices exclude import duties. You may be responsible for local taxes based on your country’s customs policy.
How is the shipping cost calculated?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination.
What if the item is damaged on arrival?
Please take photos and contact us within 24 hours. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
Do you offer a warranty?
All parts come with a 12-month warranty. We will replace any part with quality defects.
Can I return a part if I bought the wrong one?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days for uninstalled items in original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping.

A: You can easily change all your information on your account. Go to my account page and log in, then click “my account” and “edit”. Here you can change all your contact information.
