We offer both air freight and sea freight options based on total package weight and destination. For packages under 150kg, air freight is used; for shipments of 150kg and above, sea freight rates apply.

  • Large or bulky items (e.g., bumpers, body kits, fenders) are charged by volumetric weight.

Customs & Import Duties

  • All international orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms.
  • Import duties, VAT/GST, and customs clearance fees are the buyer's responsibility.
  • We are not liable for delays or costs caused by customs inspection or clearance procedures.

Tracking & Delivery

Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages

  • Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt.
  • If items are lost or damaged, contact us within 48 hours via email or WhatsApp with photos or video evidence.
  • We will assist with filing a claim or arranging a replacement shipment.
  • Delays caused by customs, weather, or force majeure are beyond our control.

Always photograph or video-record the unboxing process. This greatly helps expedite any damage or missing-item claims with the carrier.

Split Shipments & Pre-Orders

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped separately.
  • Each package will include its own tracking number.
  • Pre-order estimated arrival times are displayed on the product page.

You will be notified via email whenever a partial shipment is dispatched from our warehouse.

Address Accuracy & Re-Shipping
